Before the photo shoot
Stay healthy, and get a good night's sleep. Try not to party the night before the photo shoot, if you are tired it will show both on your face and in your attitude. For most fashion shoots do not wear underwear, socks, or tight fitting clothes. Anything that presses on your body will leave red pressure marks which often can take up to one hour to go away. Also remember bras are usually never worn for fashion shoots, they leave undesirable lines.
What happens on the photo shoot
As soon as you arrive we will start by planning the shoot and discussing what look we want to achieve. I can set the lighting, background and surroundings to help set the stage for accomplishing your look. We work together to prepare your make-up, hair, and the right outfit for the shoot.
You have a dressing/changing/make-up room with bathroom to ensure total privacy while preparing and changing outfits, Then will we will start taking shots in digital format with deferent setups, lighting and outfits, you can change wardrobe as many times as you like, yours or studio's, and lastly, at the end of the photo shoot which could last up to 6 hours you will be presented with a CD with the best 50 high resolution edited images. Some times I might have to ask to leave the images with me so I can work on them digitally to enhance them, or to remove any unwanted details, this is also part of the service.

On location and in the open
Photos out in the nature, e.g. at the shore of romantic waters or in the shade of an old tree certainly are part of the most popular motives. But also other - more unusual - locations are possible: in the kitchen or in the bathroom of an appartment, in an old dilapidated castle, in an industrial factory building, in a oldtimer car or railroad carriage...
Thanks to mobile equipment there are almost no limits to your fantasy. Let yourself be advised!

Hotel session
The exclusive facilities of a first-class hotel suite (or the romantic shabby ambience of an old hotel room...) offer attractive backgrounds which are used with pleasure for varied, lifely art nudes, boudoir, and lingerie photos.

We can always arrange for a make-up artist and hair stylist here at the studio for an additional fee, but you may need not to have one, there may be times when the make-up has to be done by yourself before or after you arrive at the shoot. Here are some tips:
Foundation
Before buying foundation, sample it on your neck, as opposed to your hand. The shade of your hand is different from the shade of your face. Also, test the foundation in daylight for colour accuracy. If your skin is problem-free and you desire a little colour, try a tinted moisturizer.
How to make foundation to spread evenly
Moisturize the face well. Apply foundation before the skin absorbs the moisturizer. Do not put much foundation,it will make your make-up look heavy.
Eye shadow
Eye shadow that is vivid in colour is best with nude lips and minimal colour in the cheek - too much make-up can be overwhelming. Some eye shadow colours work better than others, depending on your eye colour or skin tone. Dark-skinned women should veer towards light colours in eye shadow, such as yellows and browns. Be careful not to choose a colour that is too pink, it can make you look tired. Eye shadow can also complement eye colour - blue eyes look fantastic with grays and browns, green eyes are most flattered by golds and yellows, and brown eyes are best suited to golds, grays and blues.
If you wearing contact lenses
Put the contact lenses first before you apply make-up. Use cream (eyeshows) rather than the powder ones which can often disturb the eye if they get under the eyelids, I recommend waterproof cosmetics.
Emphasize your lips
Use dark rich colour lipsticks to emphasize the lips. Purple, dark red or maroon lips are very sexy and eye-catching. Do not use very dark colours, if you have small lips, it would make them look even smaller.

You do not need to blot your lipliner, lipstick or lip gloss unless there is an excess. Colour for your lips is an individual choice – there are no rules, simply suggestions. Dark colours are best for dark skin tones. Oranges may not be flattering on everyone. Bubblegum pinks are generally reserved for the young. Berry shades work on almost everybody.
If you prefer a brighter or deeper shade of lipstick, keep your eye make-up to a minimum. A little gloss is the best thing for those who like to accentuate their eyes with heavy eye shadow or eyeliner.
Hair style
In a photo shoot the hair style is as important as the make-up. A lot of women will spend countless hours on make-up, but they will neglect their hair, leaving them to look very unattractive and boring. You don't have to be every day in and out of the hairdressers, this days you can get almost everything you need from shops to be able to achieve the look you desire. Perms in the eighties were huge but now are back again, so why don't you try to achieve that big wavy look, it looks romantic, glamoures and sexy. So., someone who has straight hair and little time of commitment, can achieve something like that:
